Cindy Dawson is Chief Executive Officer of ExactData, LLC and is focused on overall growth strategies and penetration of the Bio-Pharmaceutical Industry including development of channels and go to markets strategies.  Cindy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of New York. Cindy has over 19 years experience in the Bio-Pharmaceutical Industry including numerous engineering and senior management roles, all involving compliance and the associated government regulations.

John Dawson is President of ExactData, LLC and is focused on growth strategies including European geographic expansion plans, further development of the US Federal Market and penetration of Healthcare applications.  John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado, a Master’s in Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management from the Rochester Institute of Technology and is a registered Professional Engineer in New York State. Prior to ExactData, John enjoyed a 23 year career with Eastman Kodak Company in numerous engineering and senior management roles, all involving Information Technologies and is a recognized expert in this field.

Todd Johnsson is the Chief Operating Officer of ExactData, LLC. He is responsible for leading and integrating all business operating functions, including Marketing, Engineering, Production, Research, Financial, and HR. Todd holds an MBA from the Rochester Institute of Technology, and a BS in Engineering from Case Western Reserve University. Todd’s previous experience includes 15 years at Xerox Corporation plus entrepreneurial / start-up ventures.
