Implementation Services & Integration

We recommend a Business Systems Management implementation approach to manage requirements, with a parallel business and technical engagement. This approach is a Phased approach, with go/no go decisions at each gate. The intent is to minimize risk and maximize project success through the utilization of a gated process, with equal focus on meeting both technical and business requirements.

Phase 1: Business Systems Management Approach

An initial BSM would be completed to assess performance of the current system and determine a business case with return on investment analysis to include the following two phases.

  • Business Opportunity Analysis
  • Delivery Plan for Phase 2 and Hi-level plan for future Phases

Deliverables Include:

  • Project Kick Off
  • On-Site Assessment of current testing processes
  • Develop Strategy and Business Case
  • Phase 2 Delivery Requirements and Requirements Management Process
  • Prepare and Review
  • Refine Phase 2 & 3 proposals with updated Statement of Work, SOW, and pricing

This initial Phase 1 is typically a 100 hour level of effort.
