Digital Test Deck®
For the Paper Channel, either images or paper test material is utilized that is simulated yet realistically representative of a human respondent and statistically significant. Business rules such as household relationships or age and date of birth are engineered into this next generation of test material for automated testing of system work flow processes. This test material has pre-determined answers with the ability to create and test for known errors, for paper capture, image processing and the collection of data from the image file or paper test material.
For the Telephone Channel, a Digital Test Deck® is created in the correct file format for system load or stress testing or is transferred to a neutral respondent script for reading to a telephone operator for independent establishment of error rates during interviews, with the ability to compare errors between channels.
For Internet or Personnel Computer input channels a Digital Test Deck® is typically large data files for system load and stress testing, creating the ability to also independently establishment and improve error rates while enabling the ability to compare error rates between channels.
