QUISP: Quality Information for Successful Printing

The primary objective of QUISP is to provide the functionality required to measure, collect, evaluate, receive and process printing, finishing and mailing production and quality control (QC) data. The value is lower print production costs by reducing the labor necessary to administer and manage the print production process while increasing print quality and lowering your Census project risk.

QUISP consists of a Web Portal for print production management and QC data portal that provides near real-time statistics to management that improves production and quality reporting and ensures contract compliance. QUISP also consists of a Print Sample Data collection tool (off-line and portable) that guides QA personnel in measurement of QC data.

QUISP Web Portal functionality includes Web-based management console of production and QC data with at a glance status graphics, vendor specific QC data, problem resolutions, daily production graphs, contract administration, item administration of colors, nominal’s, item images, test points, and management reports.

QUISP Print Sample functionality includes near real time QC data collection at multiple sites with internet connectivity, sample testing, visual inspections (Pass / Fail), equipment readings and the ability to integrate into real time system monitoring.
