AnnouncementsExactData Completes it's Third Cyber Product Demonstration this Fall
High interest helping to implement Cyber Behavioral Tools was expressed by potential clients that included the Cyber Innovation Manager from one of the world's largest banks, a Divisional Chief Information Security Officer for one of the biggest US Federal Systems Integrator's and one of the largest Cyber Independent Testing Laboratories. During the demonstrations large amounts of internally consistent data was generated for all desired behaviors. Data was generated over any time-frame to output:
Exploit Confidential and Private Databases without Violating Individual Privacy Agreements Data privacy continues to be a growing issue within companies managing and wishing to make profits on vast amounts of confidential personnel information. Advances in high fidelity synthetic data generation has made possible a new technical approach for data owning companies such as Google and Facebook to manage data privacy while still exploiting the vast economic potential of the data they collect. This approach involves generating fully synthetic data that is a valid simulation at the aggregate level, and also at the individual level, while ensuring no synthetic individual can ever be tied to a real individual. The generated data-sets that contained fake individuals would meet multi-element classification requirements, and when compiled in aggregate would meet the required population distributions and allocations of these classifications. This would enable valid analytics in the aggregate, individual and group levels and thus valid to the real individuals, groups, and populations. The generated data would be entirely safe because a synthetic individual could never be identified as a real individual because the synthetic individual is not derived from a live individual. This technical approach is not a data transform solution, which would always have the risk of identification of the actual live individual. ExactData Signs an Agreement with one of the Largest US Federal Systems Integrator to Provide Support for Internal Research and Development ExactData will be providing high fidelity synthetic data generation services for development and show casing some of the world's largest information technology projects for aviation, defense, intelligence, healthcare and many other applications. The Federal Systems Integrator will be able to build differentiated solutions that are designed for test with measurable Relative Operating Curves and can be tuned to optimize error rates versus involvement of human analysts. ExactData Again Named as a Small Business Champion Monroe County Finger Lakes Procurement Technical Assistance Center Recognizes Exact Data, LLC as a Small Business Champion during the 2018 Monroe County Small Business Week. ExactData now has the Ability to Output Synthetically Generated Data as Network Traffic for Development, Testing, Analyst Training and War Gaming of Cyber Applications The process involves a Protocol Specific Injector Sequencer that converts Tactical Scenario ASCII and Binary Data as well as Baseline Traffic ASCII and Binary Data into network traffic activity. ExactData Donates an Academic Research Synthetic Healthcare Database to the University of Rochester The University of Rochester joins Georgia Tech and the University of Arizona as another prestigious University utilizing ExactData Smart Data for Academic Research. Decennial Census 2020 ExactData will once again participate in the US Census and is in the process of simulating the data environment for this project's System of Systems. ExactData was a key subcontractor to prime Lockheed Martin for the 2010 Census, providing test data and materials for measuring performance and error rates of the Decennial Response Integrated System (DRIS). Effective November 18, 2016 ExactData available through GSA. GSA has established a long-term government wide contract (Multiple Award Schedule 070 contract GS-35F-082GA) with ExactData to provide access to simulated data services. Smart Data can now be ordered directly from the GSA online ordering systems, GSAAdvantage® or eBuy. ExactData is working with HP to get commitment to deploy a synthetic data solution for the Department of Veterans Affairs Enterprise Health Management Platform (eHMP).
Technology advances in manufacturing of high realism fully synthetic electronic medical records have made practical the ability to generate relevant test data, on demand, in virtually unlimited quantities. Developers accessing the eHMP would be able to freely collaborate and develop their applications accessing large relevant fully synthetic clinical data with known properties suited to their specific use cases without the barriers, limitations, or possible liability exposure related to confidentiality or privacy issues inherent to real data at the individual patient and provider level. The United States military is moving towards virtualized medical training.
The value to the DoD is compelling, the cost and time to train is significantly decreased as the Medics and Corpsman will no longer need to travel to San Antonio for classroom based training while the quality of training increases. Updates and refresher courses will also be able to be completed in a more cost effective and efficient manner. The value of virtualized training cannot be realized without access to relevant data sources. ExactData’s technology advances in artificial database manufacturing have made practical the ability to generate relevant test and training data, on demand, in virtually unlimited quantities. This manufactured correlated Smart Data is automatically ingestible into US Federal Systems such as VistA and CHSC/AHLTA or formatted for automatic ingest into commercial systems such as Cerner including the use of HL7 messaging formats. Training scenarios are automatically created and can be updated and refreshed almost immediately. The risk and costs associated with utilizing masked and de-identified data are eliminated through the use of Smart Data. ExactData continues to add value to the Department of Defense EHR modernization.
